Prior to forming Rincroft in 1998, Carson O’Neill spent a number of years in management positions with consumer product organizations:

• 5 years with General Foods in brand management (Maxwell House Coffee)
• 11 years with Johnson & Johnson, Canada including an initial six years in a variety of marketing and sales management positions on the Tylenol business and then 5 years as Vice President Marketing & Sales for Consumer products and member of the Management Board
• 3 years as President & CEO of Koala Beverages, a publicly held beverage and distribution company with operations in Canada and the U.S. Over this time period, the company completed numerous acquisitions and divestitures

Carson has also served on the Boards of both publicly held and privately held companies in the consumer products, healthcare and media industries. He has also been a guest lecturer at the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto and a part time faculty member at Wilfrid Laurier University and McGill University.
